Hijrah Hafiduddin has been sworn in at the High Court of Bandung with Jurat of Affidavit Number: W11.U/2058/PS.03/ADV/XII/2022 on December 20, 2022 by the Chief Justice of the High Court of Bandung. This is in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 18 Year 2003 Article 4 about advocates in conjunction with Supreme Court Circular (SEMA) Number 1 of 2017 regarding the Guides to Oath-Taking Ceremony based on religious beliefs.
Hijrah Hafiduddin has more than 15 years of experience on Tax Disputes in Tax Court. The addition to his degree and expertise in Law, allows him to try his luck on Civil Law cases such as but not limited to; Divorce, Land Disputes, Debts and et cetera. His ambition is to earn specialization in Curator and Bankruptcy to be able to advocate in Commercial Court.

We provide a wide range of legal services as follows:

1. Divorce Services

a) We help guide our clients that are not familiar with the legal system, as the amount of marriage couple who file for divorce but do not comprehend the underlying legal process behind it, is considerable.
b) We represent our clients at the trial in case of absence. There are times when a client is unable to attend trial and thus is absent from the schedule set by the court.
c) We help complete missing and or damaged documents. Marriage couple who would like to file for divorce must complete all the documents required by the court.
d) We help the mediation process in case our client refuses to meet the other party in person. A divorce lawyer will always be there for clients for this matter.
e) We help intermediate our clients in communication process. When a relationship is broken, couples find it hard to communicate their thoughts, objection and other matters in trial.

2. Land Dispute Settlement Services

Land disputes are of complex matters. Only lawyers with experiences in the field will ease the settlement process. Thus, hiring an experienced lawyer will help the clients avoid prolonged disputes.

3. Debt Settlement Services

Legal practice for other type of general civil cases are debts. Debts must be settled. However, these days the debtors are often more ruthless than the ones who give them the credits. For this matter, you can trust a lawyer to help you with the settlement process.
According to Law, deceiving people through debts can be brought to criminal law, despite its nature as being a civil law case. In that case, you still can report to the police for fraud. This is in accordance with Criminal Code Article 378.

4.Legal Assistance on Inheritance Law

The division of inheritance property is regulated under general civil law. The law specifies 4 categories of eligible inheritors:
a) First category, the children and their direct descendants afterward.
b) Second category, parents (mother and father) of the testator along with the children and sister(s).
c) Third category, blood related family upward (parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, etc.)
d) Fourth category, relatives by blood with the span of six degrees of separation.
Indisputably, every inheritor category has a right to claim for inheritance differently. For instance, the first category is entitled to all of the inheritance property. The second category has a right of 1/4 of share of the inheritance. The third category deserves 1/2 of the share of inheritance through paternal or maternal line. Lastly, the fourth category is entitled to half (1/2) of the inheritance.
Those are examples of legal practice for general civil cases. Actually, there are many more other general civil cases that can be resolved by a lawyer such as, legal name change, lawsuits, inconstitutional lawsuit and many others.

5. Defamation Lawsuit

The principles state that defamation is regulated in Indonesian Penal Code Article 310 to 321 regarding defamation. In Article 310, there are 6 categories of defamation. First, blasphemy, that is the act of accusing another person of doing particular things. A blasphemy by letter is a written accusation.
Defamation is a verbal and or non-verbal allegation made to defend one's own interest but fails to prove that the allegation is false. Mild blasphemy is a verbal offense -other than accusing- which is intended to insult.
Furthermore, there is a false complaint. It is a willful attempt made by having someone else file for a false complaint. Lastly, an act of slander. A slander is the action of deliberately getting other people involved in something they do not do.
